Our mission at Marmapoints

Marmapoints is a free quarterly magazine and daily website published by the Smokebrush Foundation. We are devoted to promoting yoga and wellness in our Southern Colorado community.

Editorial submissions come from a diverse population of writers who take on a variety of topics that will be of benefit in the quest to nourish mind, body and spirit. They include all things yoga, alternative healing therapies, wholesome food choices, meditation, trends in exercise as well as personal growth and ‘Aha!’ moments.

Anyone who shares in our inspiration is welcome to contribute to our pages and our site.

What are marma points?

Marma points are critical junctures in the body where multiple organ systems bridge and intersect. As such, marma points are vital to good health. Although even minor damage to marma points can be serious, they are essential locations for treating symptoms and correcting dysfunction.
