Food Pyramid shenanigans
The food pyramid set forth by the FDA some 20 years ago, and then revamped in 2005, seemed like a fair approach for most Americans to follow. Eat enough vegetables and fruit, limit red meat intake and don't consume too many sweets. This could have come from any mother's mouth.
