Fly through your yoga practice at San Francisco airport
Someone finally did it. John Martin, the Airport Director at San Francisco International Airport, created a space for yogis. There's nothing quite so crippling as sitting on an airplane for hours at a time. For this yogi, it's a form of torture. To have a quiet, calm space to elongate my hamstrings and untie my shoulders is a blessing. Now when can airlines start building tiny yoga rooms on the actual planes?
